To those who are uncomfortable with me and my gray I promise to be more cautious with whom I share my life. Some people just can’t handle my past and current emotional state. That’s fine with me–because I do believe that through the gray there will be life.

If you are, we need to be as active entering our twilight years as we can be and remain active just as long as we can. If we don’t, just think, they will want us to watch a silver clock…….

I place myself in their shoes and I become very frightened. I shout to my self, very loudly and very clearly, that it will not be the same for me. I will be alone, I will not have a trusted family member next to me, and I will not have “trust”.
